Will it actually look like my pet?

That's the whole point — the portrait keeps your pet's real features: their markings, eyes, ears and expression. Best of all, your live preview shows you exactly what you'll receive before you pay, so you're the judge — and we hand-check every order before printing.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear, close-up photo of your pet on their own, in good light, where you can see their face and eyes. A phone photo is perfectly fine. Avoid blurry, dark or far-away shots, and photos with people in them.

Can you do my cat or another pet?

We're starting with dogs and adding more pets soon. If you'd like a portrait of another animal, get in touch — we'd love to help.

What if I don't like my preview?

Then you don't pay. Try a different photo as many times as you like until it's perfect — there's no obligation, and you only order once you love it.

Do you do portraits of pets that have passed?

Yes, and we treat these with extra care. Upload the clearest photo you have and we'll hand-finish a keepsake to remember them by.

What sizes and framing can I get?

A3 as a poster or framed, and A4 framed. A3 is our most popular for a wall; A4 framed suits a desk or shelf. Every print is on premium archival matte paper.

How long does delivery take?

Free shipping across Australia, with delivery in 3–6 working days. Every portrait is personalised and made to order, then sent with DHL Express and full tracking — so the timeframe covers the full time from order to your door, including making it. If your order isn't right, we'll reprint it free — that's our Happiness Guarantee.

What if I make a mistake in my order?

No stress — reply to your order confirmation email within 2 hours and we'll fix it before it goes to print. If production has already started, we'll still do our best to help.
