Upload a clear photo of your dog, cat or horse. Our digital process creates a pencil-style portrait for you to preview before ordering. Once you're happy, we hand-finish and check the artwork, then print it on archival matte paper.

Will it actually look like my pet?

Your photo is the starting point, and the live preview lets you check your pet's markings, face and expression before you pay. Choose the preview you love, or try another photo. We also check each portrait before printing.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear, close-up photo of your pet on their own, in good light, where you can see their face and eyes. A phone photo is perfectly fine. Avoid blurry, dark or far-away shots, and photos with people in them.

Can you make dog, cat and horse portraits?

Yes. We create custom dog portraits, cat portraits and horse portraits from your photos. Choose your pet type, upload a clear photo of one pet, and preview your portrait before ordering.

What if I don't like my preview?

Then you don't pay. Try a different photo as many times as you like until it's perfect — there's no obligation, and you only order once you love it.

Can I order a pet memorial portrait?

Yes. A pet memorial portrait can be a meaningful way to remember a much-loved companion. Upload the clearest photo you have, preview the design, and order when you're happy with it.

What sizes and framing can I get?

Choose an A3 print (29.7 x 42 cm), framed or unframed, or an A4 framed print (21 x 29.7 cm). All portraits use premium archival matte paper. Framed options arrive gift-ready and ready to hang.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery across Australia is free and takes 3–7 working days from order to your door, including making your portrait. Every order is sent with Express shipping and full tracking. If your order isn't right, we'll reprint it free — that's our Happiness Guarantee.

What if I make a mistake in my order?

No stress — reply to your order confirmation email within 2 hours and we'll fix it before it goes to print. If production has already started, we'll still do our best to help.
