At AllCustom, we know timing matters — especially when you’re gifting something meaningful. That’s why we keep our shipping simple, clear, and transparent.

New Zealand Shipping (FREE NZ-Wide)

AllCustom products are made to order in New Zealand and carefully printed by our local team before being dispatched with tracked delivery.

Dispatch Timeframes

  • Order before 2pm (Monday–Friday): dispatched the same working day
  • Order after 2pm (Monday–Thursday): dispatched the next working day
  • Orders after 2pm Friday & weekend orders: dispatched on Monday

Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

  • North Island : typically next working day*
  • South Island : typically 2–3 working days
  • Rural (RD) addresses: please allow an additional 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier networks, weather, or peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracked delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Ordering for a Specific Occasion or Date

If you’re ordering early and would like your gift dispatched closer to a specific date (such as Valentine’s Day, a birthday, or anniversary):

  • Place your order as normal
  • Add your preferred dispatch date in the order notes at checkout

We’ll schedule your order accordingly.

Australia Shipping

We also deliver to Australia.

  • Delivery timeframe: approximately 3–7 working days
  • Shipping: FREE express shipping 

United Kingdom Shipping

We also deliver across the United Kingdom.

All personalised prints are made to order and professionally printed locally to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

  • Delivery timeframe: approximately 3–7 business days
  • Shipping: FREE delivery on all UK orders

Orders are carefully produced once your purchase is confirmed. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.
