Custom Photo Print and Frame – FAQs

The photo poster is a premium 189gsm matte print on its own, delivered rolled in a protective tube for you to frame yourself. The framed print arrives ready to display in a modern matte frame in white, black or oak, prepared in our Auckland studio.
For sharp results we recommend at least 300 DPI at print size — roughly 2480 x 3508 pixels for A4, 3508 x 4961 for A3, and 4961 x 7016 for A2. The live preview will flag if your photo is too low-resolution before you order.
This product is made for a single photo per print. For several photos in one piece, take a look at our Photo Collage Poster or Heart Puzzle Photo Poster, both built for multi-photo personalisation.
