Which size framed photo print?

Three sizes, all printed and framed the same way. Here’s where each one lives.

  • A4

    21 × 30 cm. Desks, shelves and bedside tables. The one people buy as a gift.

  • A3

    30 × 42 cm. Our most chosen. Hallways, bedrooms, above a sideboard — big enough to notice, easy to place.

  • A2

    42 × 59 cm. The statement piece for a living room wall. Needs a sharp photo — the preview will tell you. A2 comes as a print only.

Posters ship flat, never rolled. Framed prints arrive gift-ready: A3 ready to hang, A4 with a stand for a desk or shelf.

Questions, answered

Can I collect it instead of waiting for delivery?

Yes. Order by 2pm and it’s ready the next working day (Monday to Saturday) at our studio, 35/3 Pacific Rise, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Choose Pick up at checkout and we’ll email you the moment it’s ready.

How fast is delivery?

Auckland: usually 1–2 days — often the next day.
Rest of New Zealand: 2–5 working days.

Delivery is free. Framed prints travel in a rigid box; posters ship flat, never rolled. Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses.

What kind of photo do I need?

Anything sharp from your phone works for A4 and A3. For A2, use a photo from a recent phone taken in good light. If it’s too small for the size you’ve picked, the preview will tell you before you pay.

Poster or framed — what’s the difference?

Poster is the print only, on 189gsm matte paper, shipped flat (A3 or A2). Framed is the same print in a solid wood frame (A4 or A3). An A3 frame is ready to hang the day it arrives; an A4 frame has a stand on the back for a desk or shelf.

Which frame colours are there, and what’s the white mat?

Every frame is solid wood, with 2 cm of wood on the front, in Oak, Black or White.

The white mat is a white border around your photo, like a gallery print, at no extra cost. In an A3 frame your photo prints at A4; in an A4 frame it prints at A5. The preview shows exactly how it will look.

What’s the note on the back?

A small printed note fixed to the back of the frame, so your words are found whenever it’s turned around. Write up to 150 characters, choose Classic or Handwritten lettering, and see it on the back in the preview before you pay. It’s $9, for framed prints.

Can I print more than one photo?

One photo per print. Order as many prints as you like in one go — each one gets its own live preview, and they all arrive together.

What if I’m not happy with it?

If your print doesn’t turn out the way you expected, or there’s an error, we’ll reprint it for free. That’s part of our Happiness Guarantee — we want you to be 100% happy with what goes on your wall.

Is my photo safe?

It’s used to make your print and nothing else. Never shared, and never used in our marketing without asking you first.
