Every name in the whānau, on one print.
Kids, grandkids, the lot — arranged into a personalised crossword for Mum and Dad’s wall. Or Nana and Grandad’s.
Why families choose this over flowers, gift cards, and generic gifts
A bouquet lasts a week. A gift card feels impersonal. A nice dinner is lovely — but nobody hangs a receipt on the wall.
This is different. You enter the names that matter most, see a live preview of exactly how it looks, and we print and ship it from Auckland. When they unwrap it, you’ll know — because their face will tell you everything.
Last Christmas, our framed crossword sold out twice — in November, and again in December.
So this year, you can schedule your order. In the cart, pick the day it leaves — or have it as soon as possible. Order now while it’s calm, and it arrives exactly when you need it, framed and ready to give.
How long does shipping take?
NZ customers: All orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
AU customers: All orders arrive within 3–7 working days.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses — we’ll always do our best to get it to you quickly.
Can I order now and have it sent later?
Yes. In the cart, choose Schedule your order and pick the day it leaves — up to five months ahead. We’ll send it that day and email you the tracking number, so it arrives when you need it.
What if I make a mistake in my order?
Don’t worry! If you notice a mistake (like a missing or misspelled name), please email us straight away and we’ll fix it before printing. If the order has already gone into production, we’ll do our best to help — so the sooner you let us know, the better.
What if my order isn’t right when it arrives?
If your poster doesn’t turn out the way you expected, or if there’s an error, we’ll reprint it for free. That’s part of our Happiness Guarantee — we want you to be 100% happy with your family’s artwork.
Is this a good gift for occasions?
Yes — our crossword poster is one of NZ’s most popular personalised gifts for Christmas, milestone birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. It’s especially loved by families because no photo is needed — just the names that matter.
