How long does shipping take? +

NZ customers: All orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
AU customers: All orders arrive within 3–7 working days.

Can I order this if my graduation has already happened? +

Yes — most graduation keepsakes are ordered after the ceremony, once you have your favourite photos in hand. The keepsake is designed to capture the whole journey, not just the day itself.

What if I'm graduating in December 2026, not May? +

The Class of 2026 keepsake works for any 2026 graduation — May, December, or any ceremony in between. You'll choose your specific date during customisation, and the calendar on your keepsake will update to match.

Do I need professional graduation photos? +

No — you can use any photos that mean something to you. Flatmates, formal nights, study days, road trips, the moment you finished your final exam — whatever this season meant to you. Most graduates use a mix of one ceremony-day photo and one favourite moment from the journey.

What if I make a mistake in my order? +

Don't worry! If you notice a mistake (like a missing or misspelled name), please email us straight away and we'll fix it before printing. If the order has already gone into production, we'll do our best to help — so the sooner you let us know, the better.

What if my order isn't right when it arrives? +

If your keepsake doesn't turn out the way you expected, or if there's an error, we'll reprint it for free. That's part of our Happiness Guarantee — we want you to be 100% happy with your Class of 2026 keepsake.
