How long does shipping take? +

Most NZ orders arrive in 2–5 working days. Rural addresses usually take 1–2 extra days. We print locally and ship daily — we’ll send tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

How does the QR code work? +

When you add your song or link, it’s instantly converted into a QR code in the live preview — and printed exactly as you see it.
Simply scan the QR code on the poster with your phone, and it will open the song or link you’ve chosen straight away.
You can use a Spotify link, YouTube link, or any song or video URL that’s meaningful to you.

What if I make a mistake in my order? +

No stress. If you spot a typo or missing name, reply to your order email within 2 hours and we’ll fix it before printing. If production has started, we’ll still do our best to help.
